Privacy

Our full privacy policy is being finalised and will be published on this page. Until then, this is how Clariveo handles your information today.

What we hold

Your account details, your organisation's settings, and the continuity plans your organisation creates in Clariveo. Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is kept

The Clariveo application and its database are hosted in the United Kingdom.

AI analysis

When you ask Clariveo to analyse a plan, the text needed for that task is sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model, in the United States, through its commercial API. We do not use your plans to train AI models.

Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Cookies

Clariveo sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and the site loads no third-party scripts. Your browser also keeps a working copy of the plan you are editing, so a closed tab loses nothing; signing out saves it to your account and removes it from the browser.

Questions and requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email support@clariveo.com. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
